What to Expect
Portraits are created using Kissho Gansai Watercolours, which are handcrafted and made in Japan, as well as Winsor & Newton Gouache and Prismalcolor Premier coloured pencils. All portraits are painted on archival quality, acid free,
heavyweight cotton fibre, cold pressed watercolour paper
- 140 lb (300g/m2)
*Paintings are sold unframed.
In terms of environmental influences, storing and displaying your portrait is entirely up to you, though it is recommended for longevity, to keep your pieces out of direct sunlight which will help preserve colour, as well as framing pieces behind conservation glass.

A $50 deposit is required up front to secure your commission. All deposits are non-refundable once the painting is started.
Pricing does not include shipping costs. If you are local to Toronto, pick-up options are available.
Looking for more than one pet in your painting? An additional 25% will be applied per additional pet. (minimum size for this request is 8x10)

After submitting an order form, you will be contacted to discuss the details of your commission, talk through any questions you may have and get help with choosing the perfect photo to use for your portrait. Upon confirmation of your commission, you will be kept you up to date with emails throughout the process and will be sent a final photo for you to view before shipping.
Please note: there will be no returns or refunds on custom portraits, only the option of a refundable deposit before the painting has commenced. Please allow 4-6 weeks for the completion of your portrait, this time frame may vary based on the current status of orders/waitlist. Payment is accepted via PayPal or Bank transfer.
